Refund Policy

Spinning Wheels and Handspinning Equipment
Your complete satisfaction with our spinning products is guaranteed for 30 days. This guarantee does not apply to any wheel or products that have been misused, modified, or to drive bands or other parts that become inoperable under normal wear. If for any reason you are dissatified with your purchase, you will have the option of returning the merchandise to receive a full refund (less shipping) or make an exchange within 30 days. It is mandatory that you contact us directly before returning any merchandise by mail, to authorize the return and to receive shipping instructions.
Damaged items from shipping will be either replaced or the broken parts replaced. There is a 15% surcharge on all returned items.



Credit Card Purchases
Your credit card or Paypal account will be credited for the refund amount of returned merchandise (less shipping).

Returned Checks For Insufficient Funds
There will be an additional $30.00 charge on all returned checks.

We accept the following major credit cards, drawn from US banks; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

You can also use Paypal to make your payment on all items. Our Paypal account is handspinning@hotmail.com. Multiple currencies are accepted - including US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, British Pound Sterling, and the Japanese Yen.

Paying By Check Or Postal Money Order
We do accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. To pay by check, simply fill out the mail-in order form and mail it to the address below along with your check.

Currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check.

NOTE: Paying by check does slow down your order, because we don't order your items until your check is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds have cleared. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check usually delays your order about seven to ten days.

Shipping

US Customers
If we have your items in stock they will be shipped the
next business day, otherwise, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

We ship by US Priority Mail with most orders. Large items such as spinning wheels are shipped via UPS. If you have a delivery preference or special instructions, please inform us by email.

International Customers
Delivery times may vary depending upon your local
postal circumstances. Please be aware that you may also incur additional duty fees and taxes imposed by your country. We are not responsible for these fees.
